This 4-section adjustable telescopic pole with ergonomic design, it’s very comfortable and safe to use.

T-type hard plastic handle and a special sponge handle, very comfortable to hold.
Anti-shock spring mechanism reduces strains on hands and wrist

Pole Maintenance:
- Completely separate the sections by unlocking or loosening each section until they can apart easily.
- Once the poles are dismantled, remove any dirt or moisture from the expander system the seams between sections.
- Inspect the expander pieces for damage and replace parts if necessary.
How to use this hiking stick correctly:
- Loosen the locking mechanism by twisting the pole
- Slide the lower section to the desired length
- Tighten the locking mechanism by twisting the pole to the right end.
- Avoid extending the pole section all the way to the end. Please stop when you see the “stop” sign.
- When the tip digs between rocks, try to pull it out vertically. Please do not wobble it.
Pick-up
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- Freight and package fee could be avoided by picking up from our warehouse in unit 22, 14-26 Audsley st, Clayton, vic3168.
- For some items we may arrange to get stock from Third party storage first prior to allowing pick up. Therefore, please confirm with us if you need to make arrangement for pickup.
- Before you come and pick up, please print out and bring to us your "checkout" page showing the items you purchased as a proof statement as we will request that when you inquire about pick-up. We need to keep this statement with your signature on it as a reference/record.
Delivery
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- You are welcomed to ask us about postage by message.
- As the item is bulky and heavy, contact number is required before the item is shipped. All buyers are kindly asked to provide us a valid contact no. to avoid any delays in delivery.
- Obtain signature if premises attended. Otherwise,item will be left with authority.
- Delivery is not available during weekend, holiday or after hours.
- We cannot provide exact delivery time.
- We, as the seller, are not directly liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery. If item is damaged while in transit, claim must be made within 48hrs of receiving the item.
Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been used, or damaged & returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- Unfortunately, we have to charge you 20% re-stocking fee if returned on good condition.
- We can’t grant a refund if the returned item is not in re-saleable condition.
- Please note that customer has to bear the incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us. We won’t accept C.O.D. returned package.
- Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by customers
